The DAILY LOSS LIMIT, which shall apply solely during the EVALUATION PERIOD, shall be equal to fifty percent (50%) of the MAXIMUM LOSS LIMIT. Reaching the DAILY LOSS LIMIT will result in the USER being prohibited from continuing to trade for the remainder of that trading day and will not result in termination of the USER’s PLAN.
3. Funded Demo Account
3.1. Funded Status. Upon successful completion of the Evaluation, the User will be eligible to trade under a Funded Demo Account, subject to the rules of the selected Evaluation Plan.
3.2. Independent Relationship. The relationship between Axia Investing and the Trader is strictly that of an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, or employee benefits relationship between the parties.
3.3. Profit Split: Net profits will be shared as follows:
Evaluation Plans: Up to 55% of net profits paid to the Trader.
3.4. Payouts: Any positive account balance will be paid monthly, no later than the 10th day of the following month, via bank transfer to the account provided by the Trader.

Sole Paragraph: At its sole discretion, the ADMINISTRATOR may allow each USER/TRADER to use one (1) platform from each provider/brand made available on the website, limited to one (1) platform per USER per CPF (Brazilian individual taxpayer identification number), or government issued taxpayer identification number. Any compensation payable to the USER shall be calculated based on the net balance identified across all accounts registered under the USER’s CPF.
4. Access Conditions and Fees
SECTION 2 — SYSTEM ACCESS, USE, AND FEES
4.1. Initial Access Condition: To commence the Services provided for under this Agreement, the USER/TRADER shall, in advance, make the required payment via PIX (via the payment method designated by the Company), prior to commencing any trading activity in the REMUNERATED DEMO ACCOUNT. Such payment will enable access to the Trading Platform and use of the system and tools necessary to perform the services contemplated under this Agreement. This payment applies to the CURRENT MONTH.
Sole Paragraph: The payment collection procedure shall be carried out through an email entitled “NEXT STEPS,” which will be sent by the COMPANY after execution of this Agreement. Access to the remunerated trading platform will be granted only upon receipt of proof of payment and/or completion of the payment through the link provided in the email.
4.2. Maintenance of Activity (Monthly Cost): The USER/TRADER acknowledges that, in order to remain active as a Trader with the COMPANY during the SUBSEQUENT MONTH, the TRADER must pay the monthly platform fee no later than the last business day of each month.
First Paragraph: The COMPANY will send, sufficiently in advance, a payment request email containing the instructions and information necessary to make the payment.
Second Paragraph: Following approval of the Trader, the costs related to the platform will be equivalent to those charged by the providers, in the amount of $30 per month.
5. Technological Infrastructure and Regulatory Compliance
5.1. Service Dependencies: The CONTRACTOR acknowledges and understands that the provision of evaluation services and access to the CLIENT’s simulated environment are directly dependent on third-party technology infrastructure, including platform providers and partner brokerage firms. AXIA INVESTING does not have full control over these third-party services, their availability, or their performance.
5.2. Service Stability and Limitation of Liability: The CLIENT will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain continuous service availability. However, in the event of technical instability, brokerage-related signal interruptions, software updates, or external connectivity failures, AXIA INVESTING shall not be held liable for any delays, inability to submit orders, or loss of performance data.
5.3. Regulatory Changes and Compliance: We take regulatory compliance seriously. As of the date of this agreement, no regulatory authority requires proprietary trading firms to be affiliated with any specific organization. The CLIENT operates in strict compliance with applicable rules and regulations, including those established by relevant regulatory authorities (SEC, NFA, CFTC, or equivalent entities). Regulatory changes, or administrative actions, or third-party service interruptions that affect the availability of tools or services shall be considered Force Majeure Events. The CLIENT shall not be liable for any lost profits, service interruptions, or damages of any kind.
6. No Refund Policy and Service Completion
6.1. Right of Withdrawal and Immediate Service Delivery: The CONTRACTOR acknowledges that the evaluation service and high-performance platform access are immediately consumed upon activation. Once login access is activated and real time data transmission begins, the service shall be considered fully delivered, with the related technology costs incurred, making it impossible to restore the prior status in the event of an unjustified withdrawal after actual use.
6.2. Evaluation Service vs. Outcome: The registration fee covers the CLIENT’s provision of the infrastructure. Failure by the CONTRACTOR due to non-compliance with risk management rules constitutes completion of the service and does not entitle the CONTRACTOR to a refund, even in cases where system instability was not the sole cause of the failure.
6.3. No Refunds for External Events: In the event of an interruption caused by government action (including, but not limited to, determinations by authorities such as (SEC/NFA/CFTC)) or third-party systemic failures (custodians/software), the contract shall be terminated due to excessive burden and force majeure, without fault of either party. Due to the immediate consumption nature of infrastructure and connectivity costs, no reimbursement claims or refunds for already processed access fees shall be available, and the platform’s obligation shall be limited to:
- For evaluations that failed before the interruption: No refund will be issued, as the service was already fully provided and the result (failure) was confirmed before the external event.
- For evaluations that were passed or are in progress: The FIRM will ensure the preservation of the performance history, or provide a refund of the evaluation fee or grant a new evaluation (reset) at no cost, which shall be the FIRM’s sole obligation, excluding any monetary compensation. Traders who are in the evaluation phase may choose a refund of the amount paid for the purchased plan.
Sole Paragraph: Acceptance of these terms by the CONTRACTOR constitutes an express waiver of any claim for monetary compensation, damages for emotional distress, or lost profits arising from such external events.
7. Image Rights
7.1. Image Rights and Advertising Use: The candidate authorizes AXIA INVESTING to use their image, free of charge, as well as their name, in disclosures, publications, printed materials, with or without commercial purposes, for an indefinite period of time.
8. Governing Forum
The Central Court of Montevideo, Uruguay, is hereby elected as the sole competent forum to resolve any questions or disputes directly related to these general terms, with the formal and express waiver of any other jurisdiction, regardless of how privileged it may be.
9. Final Provisions
9.1. The CONTRACTOR acknowledges that activities in capital markets involve a high risk of financial loss. The CLIENT is limited to providing infrastructure and its own capital, with no promise of financial returns, performance results, or guarantee of profits. Past results do not guarantee future results.
9.2. The USER/TRADER expressly agrees that the interpretation and performance of this Agreement shall be governed by the principles of good faith and fair dealing.
9.3. Finally, any omissions or situations not covered by these General Conditions and Terms of Use shall be resolved by AXIA INVESTING based on the practices and customs of the financial market and with the preservation of the viability of the simulated environment and the proprietary trading firm.
